Delivery Times & Shipping Region
As each of our personalized jewelry pieces is meticulously crafted by hand, the standard delivery time is usually 7 to 14 business days from the receipt of your order.
Our current shipping region covers the entire federal territory of Germany.
Delivery Address & In-Store Pickup
Your order will be delivered with the utmost care directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Alternatively, we offer the option to pick up your completed order free of charge directly from our local boutique store.
Returns & Refunds
Should an error occur on our part during the manufacturing or processing of your order, the return process is entirely free of charge for you. In such cases, Eleganz Atelier will cover all return shipping costs.
*Please note that fully customized and personalized jewelry (such as name and letter necklaces) is legally excluded from the standard right of withdrawal unless a manufacturing defect is present.*
